漏電(dian)起痕試(shi)驗儀(yi)的工作原理說明
漏電(dian)(dian)起痕試驗儀用(yong)以評(ping)價固體絕(jue)緣材料表面在電(dian)(dian)場和污染介質聯合作用(yong)下的(de)耐受能力,測定其相比電(dian)(dian)痕化指數(CT1)和(he)耐電(dian)(dian)(dian)痕化(hua)指(zhi)數 (PT1)。工作原(yuan)理是在(zai)固體絕緣材(cai)料(liao)表(biao)面上,在(zai)規定(ding)尺寸(cun)(2mm×5mm )的鉑電(dian)(dian)(dian)極之間(jian),施加某一電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓并定(ding)時(shi)(30s)定(ding)高度(du)(35mm)滴下規定(ding)液滴體積的污染液體 (0.1%NH 4 CL),適用(yong)于照明設(she)備、低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)器、家用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器、機床電(dian)(dian)(dian)器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)機、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動工具、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子儀器、電(dian)(dian)(dian)工儀表(biao)、絕緣材(cai)料(liao)、工程塑料(liao)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣連接件、信息技術設(she)備的研(yan)究(jiu)、生產(chan)和(he)質(zhi)檢(jian)部門。
漏電起痕(hen):
1、漏電起痕試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)(電痕化指(zhi)數試驗(yan)(yan)(yan))是(shi)IEC60112、UL 746A、GB/T4207、GB4706.1 ASTMD 3638-92等標準規定(ding)的模擬(ni)仿真試驗(yan)(yan)(yan)項目。
2、漏(lou)電(dian)起痕試(shi)驗(電(dian)痕化指(zhi)(zhi)數試(shi)驗)是在固(gu)體絕(jue)緣材料表面上(shang),在規定(ding)(ding)尺寸(2mm×5mm)的鉑電(dian)極之間(jian),施加某(mou)一電(dian)壓(ya)并定(ding)(ding)時(30s)定(ding)(ding)高度(du)(35mm)滴下(xia)規定(ding)(ding)液滴體積的導電(dian)液體(0.1%NH 4 CL),用以評(ping)價固(gu)體絕(jue)緣材料表面在電(dian)場和潮濕或(huo)污染介質(zhi)聯合作用下(xia)的耐(nai)漏(lou)電(dian)性能(neng),測定(ding)(ding)其(qi)相比電(dian)痕化指(zhi)(zhi)數(CT1)和耐(nai)電(dian)痕化指(zhi)(zhi)數(PT1)。

操作方法:
1、相比漏(lou)電起痕指數(CTI):
五個測試樣品能經受50滴的(de)試(shi)驗(yan)過程而不產(chan)生漏(lou)電起痕失(shi)效(xiao)及(ji)持續火焰的(de)最(zui)高電壓值(zhi)。它還(huan)包括對材(cai)料在進行100滴測試(shi)時所顯現的(de)特性的(de)有關說明(ming)。
2、耐漏(lou)電起(qi)痕指數(PTI):五個測(ce)試樣(yang)品能經(jing)受50滴的(de)試驗(yan)過程而不(bu)產(chan)生漏(lou)電起(qi)痕失效及持續火焰的(de)測(ce)試電壓(ya)值。
3、通俗地(di)講,CTI是材料能經(jing)受50滴試驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程而(er)不產生漏(lou)電起(qi)痕失效的最高電壓(ya);PTI是一個測試電壓(ya),然后(hou)通過(guo)試驗(yan)(yan)來檢驗(yan)(yan)材料能否在此電壓(ya)下經(jing)受50滴的試驗(yan)(yan)過(guo)程。
4、耐漏電起(qi)痕(hen)指(zhi)數用(yong)(yong)作接受準則,也(ye)可用(yong)(yong)于材料和(he)(he)部(bu)件的(de)(de)質量控制(zhi)的(de)(de)手段。相比漏電起(qi)痕(hen)指(zhi)數主要用(yong)(yong)于表(biao)示材料的(de)(de)基本特(te)性(xing)和(he)(he)特(te)性(xing)的(de)(de)比較。
5、通過施加試驗電壓的高低和(he)電蝕損深度(du)值來(lai)評定(ding)固體電工絕緣材料耐受濕式表面放電的能力。測(ce)定(ding)其相比漏電起痕(hen)(hen)指數CTI和(he)耐漏電起痕(hen)(hen)指數PTI。
